Troubleshooting

Problem Solution
Network Hub not found during scan Ensure the device is powered on and in discoverable mode (blue LED blinking). Try briefly pressing the Reset button.
Aquarea heat pump not detected Verify the CN-CNT cable is firmly connected on both ends.
No devices found on Modbus scan Check RS-485 wiring (A, B, GND). Verify each device has a unique Modbus address and is powered on.
Wi-Fi connection fails Verify the Wi-Fi password. Ensure the network is 2.4 GHz — 5 GHz is not supported.
App cannot reach the Network Hub Check your internet connection. Verify the Network Hub is connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet (check LED indicators).
Device shows offline Check the physical connection and power supply of the specific device. Re-scan from the app.
A factory reset (hold the Reset button for 10+ seconds) erases all configuration. You will need to re-add the Network Hub and re-configure all devices.
