Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Network Hub not found during scan | Ensure the device is powered on and in discoverable mode (blue LED blinking). Try briefly pressing the Reset button. |
| Aquarea heat pump not detected | Verify the CN-CNT cable is firmly connected on both ends. |
| No devices found on Modbus scan | Check RS-485 wiring (A, B, GND). Verify each device has a unique Modbus address and is powered on. |
| Wi-Fi connection fails | Verify the Wi-Fi password. Ensure the network is 2.4 GHz — 5 GHz is not supported. |
| App cannot reach the Network Hub | Check your internet connection. Verify the Network Hub is connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet (check LED indicators). |
| Device shows offline | Check the physical connection and power supply of the specific device. Re-scan from the app. |
A factory reset (hold the Reset button for 10+ seconds) erases all configuration. You will need to re-add the Network Hub and re-configure all devices.
